Camps
Regis Volleyball Camps has been instructing campers for over 20 years. Camps feature an 8:1 camper to coach ratio allowing campers to receive excellent instruction. Regis Volleyball Camps are directed by Frank Lavrisha who is now in his 24th season coaching. Camp co-director Joel List, also joins Coach Lavrisha for the 2010 camp season.

Open to students entering grades 6 - 10. Learn sound volleyball techniques early in your playing career. Train in skill and age appropriate groups. Team competition to complete camp.

Open to students entering grades 7-13. Learn the essential techniques for a complete volleyball skillset. Special sessions in Nutrition, Strength, Conditioning, Sports Psychology, Recruiting, and Injury Rehab to develop into a "Total Player".

Geared to elite high school-level athletes. A challenging training camp designed to refine skills and challenge athletes physically and competitively. Mastery of volleyball skills is necessary.

Open to students entering grades 8-13. Learn the necessary skills for your specific position. Experienced coaches will coach you through the critical skills for you to be successful.
