This is Coach List's fifth camp season. He is the first assistant coach for the Regis Rangers Women's Volleyball Team. Coach List has an integral role in all facets of the program. Specifically, he oversees recruiting, directs the strength and conditioning program, implements the statistical/video programs, co-directs practice, and is integral to the Ranger's match coaching. His contributions are getting the Rangers back into national prominence.

List is no stranger to the RMAC, as he spent the 2003 and 2004 seasons as the assistant coach/recruiting coordinator at Fort Hays State University (Kan.). He also volunteered at the University of Nebraska-Kearney from 1999-2001.

While at Fort Hays State, List helped coach the Tigers to to a 25-7 record in 2003 and a 31-4 record in 2004. In 2003 FHSU finished the season ranked 25th by the AVCA and in 2004 finished 11th. He coached two All-Americans, four All-Southwest Region players, six RMAC All-Conference players and the two-time RMAC Defensive Player of the Year.

Before coming to Regis, List served as the coach of the 15 and Under Avalanche Volleyball Club in 2005. He has also spent time with the USA Athletes International team as an assistant coach, the Nebraska Juniors and Kearney Volleyball Club. List worked as a math teacher and an assistant coach at Papillion-La Vista High School in Nebraska from 2001-03.

A 2001 graduate with a bachelor's degree in education from Nebraska-Kearney, List also has a master's degree in health and human performance: excercise science from Fort Hays State.
